Mr. Manglass' primary expertise is mechanical engineering. He supports our inspection and design services by providing specifications for and evaluation of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and vertical transportation systems. His extensive background in residential and commercial inspections enhances the services provided by our firm

Qualifications

Mr. Manglass has over 15 years of engineering experience in a variety of situations, from construction laborer and manager, mechanic, and site engineer for various companies across the East Coast. He has inspected over 1,000 homes and buildings in the northeastern United States. Some recent projects that he has worked on are:
