Area of Expertise Mr. Stump is currently Chief Engineer at Criterium-Mooney Engineers. He has over 22 years of construction engineering experience ranging from performing hundreds of building inspections to serving as construction manager on multi-million dollar construction projects. Mr. Stump has also provided technical expertise on forensic engineering litigation projects. As Chief Engineer, Mr. Stump is responsible for the overall management of all Criterium-Mooney Engineers projects and serves as Senior Engineer on a wide range of engineering projects. Qualifications Mr. Stump is involved in nearly every project that Criterium - Mooney Engineers undertakes.
