Mr. Carr is the General Manager of Criterium-Mooney Engineers. He has over 20 years experience in structural engineering and managing construction and engineering operations. His broad range of technical and management skills includes light and heavy industrial facility planning, commercial and educational building programming, and contract administration.

Gignoux Federal Court House – Directed the Quality Control Management of the renovations of one of Portland’s largest historic buildings.
Shipyard Fabrication Facility – Managed the design and construction of this 185,000 square foot building.
One Hundred Middle Street – Managed the construction of this 14 story- 260,000 square foot twin tower office building and all tenant fit-up.
Playboy – Great Gorge Resort - Structurally designed many important elements of this large hotel including steel framing and post-tensioned concrete.
Apartment/Condo Conversion – Evaluated the feasibility study of conversion of 32 multi-unit buildings for a year-round resort.
Bank Operations Center – Directed the design and construction of a 170,000 square foot four story building.
Newspaper Printing Plant – Managed the construction of a 164,000 square foot state-of-the-art newspaper plan.
