Mr. Mooney is a civil and structural engineer with over 25 years of experience in engineering-related services from performing thousands of residential and commercial building inspections to managing complex multi-million dollar engineering and construction projects. Mr. Mooney has also served as an expert forensic engineering witness. Mr. Mooney is President of Criterium - Mooney Engineers and President of Criterium Engineers, a national franchise of consulting engineering firms that has 68 locations across the United States. While he is responsible for the general operation of both firms, he continues to be actively involved in serving clients with inspections, structural evaluations, investigative engineering, site planning and structural design. He has also established an impressive track record as a noted seminar leader, locally and nationally on construction-related issues, hazardous materials, and building inspection procedures and standards.
